Agata Karczewska

Agata Karczewska is an emerging star on the Polish music scene, hailing from Warsaw. She is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist, inspired by American folk, blues, and country music.

 

In 2017, Agata participated in the 5th edition of the “Idol” talent show. That same year, she released her debut mini-album “You’re Not So Special,” which gained her recognition in the music industry, particularly thanks to the single “Fool,” which became popular on Radio Three.

 

In 2019, Agata Karczewska released her first full-length album, “I’m Not Good at Having Fun,” recorded in collaboration with Marcin Bors. The album earned her a nomination for the prestigious Fryderyk Award in 2020 and a special “Mateusz” award for young artists presented by Radio Three.

 

She is also a participant in the “Estrada in the Network: DUETS” project organized by Estrada Poznańska, where she recorded the song “No Way to Say Goodbye” in a duet with John Porter. Their collaboration resulted in the album “On The Wrong Planet,” which won the Fryderyk Award in the Blues Album of the Year category in 2023.

 

Agata Karczewska has performed at many renowned music festivals, including the Halfway Festival in Białystok, Pol’and’Rock Festival, Jarocin Festival, Open’er Festival, and Way Out West in Sweden. Her music combines emotional depth with delicate sound, making her one of the most promising talents in Polish music.
