Kryształ is a Warsaw-based quartet, founded in 2021, whose music draws inspiration from genres such as cold wave, post-punk and shoegaze. The band’s work is distinguished by a dark, spacious sound, in which aggressive sounds are combined with melancholic and atmospheric arrangements. Their debut album, simply titled “Kryształ,” was released in October 2022 on Koty Records, and songs such as “Święto wiosny,” “Wieloryby” and “Nowa fala satanizmu” have won praise from alternative rock fans.
The band consists of:
- Iurii Kasianenko – vocals,
- Hubert Kos – guitar,
- Kubczak Dobrzynski – bass,
- Jakub Didkowski – drums.
In 2023, Kryształ released two new singles, “Nieznośnie lekko żyć” and “Z nami czy bez nas,” laying the groundwork for their next album, titled “Poświaty,” scheduled for late November 2024. Their sound combines rawness with reflection, attracting fans of melancholy and energetic rhythm
