Bambi, also known as Michalina Włodarczyk, is a Polish rapper who emerged artistically during her participation in the SBM Starter initiative. Although many people primarily associate her with this period, her musical history goes back further. Born in Poznań in 2003, Michalina was already involved in “The Voice Kids” program at the age of fifteen, which, however, did not dampen her enthusiasm for music despite being eliminated in the battle rounds.
Under the pseudonym Bambi, Michalina joined the record label Baila Ella Records, founded by Young Leosia, and quickly gained recognition. Her tracks recorded as part of the SBM Starter project, such as “Bletki,” “Handpoke,” or “Chrypki głos nie od fajek,” gained popularity, attracting the attention of millions of listeners on YouTube.
Bambi became the second female rapper in the history of the SBM project, which reflected her growing importance in the Polish music scene. Her songs began to top the charts, and when she joined Baila Ella Records, her career gained even more momentum. Her album “in real life,” featuring 19 tracks, includes both hip-hop sounds and feminist manifestos, all flavored with the artist’s distinctive style.
Bambi has become not only a young rap star but also an inspiration to other female artists, proving that age is not a barrier to success in the music industry. Her story demonstrates that passion, determination, and talent can lead to spectacular achievements, even at a young age.
